Hi,
Where can I translate some texts using Loco Translate plugin?
- Checkout fields (see the screen)
- Emails with order sent to the buyer's email (see the screen)
- Other fields (see the screen)
- How to make telephone number in checkout required, not optional? I have used Custom Fields Checkout but it doesn't work. Something overwrites it?

1, 2, 3) Sorry, but we did not test this plugin (Loco Translate) with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so, unfortunately, we cannot help you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page:

Anyway, these fields are automatically translated by WooCommerce based on the site/user language.

1) I am using the previous method of displaying checkout (with shortcode), which is why I am seeing this option there. You have a new method that uses widgets. In this case, you must edit the checkout page, choose the Shipping Address block, and set it up there:
2) As I mentioned in my previous message, WooCommerce translate its fields automatically basing on the site language/user language.
So, if the user is logged in, she/he will see fields in a language that is set for this user, but if she/he will be not logged in, the site language will be present.
