I added an icon element that dynamically grabs {category} for its title. Now, I want to add a link to whatever category the post belongs to inside the link field. When I added inside link field {category} , it was just giving me the text for the category. I actually want the permalink to that category.
So, what should the shortcode be?

it brings the permalink to that post not the category permalink. I want the link to the category.

I have a template for "single post" and beside the bookmark icon, I added the category text dynamically and I want to make it linkable to that category.
You should use the Post Categories element in the Single Post template:

Got it. But when i added the post categories element but it came underneath the bookmark icon. Is there a way to make them both on the same line?
Set the inline width for both elements.
