Find out which sites use which license

I have 9 licenses for betheme and some are all the way back to 2019, honestly I don't know where I used them or are they still active on sites.

Can I get a list of sites that use my licenses?

And is there a way to remove the code from some sites, for one of them I am sure that we don't have access to hosting anymore, and I can't de-register the theme from dashboards...

I am trying to reuse some of the licenses, please help if you can.
