Error while registering with the Item Purchase Code

Hi,

I have installed the theme and activated it, and upon registering the theme with the purchase code, it gave an error:

cURL error 28: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443 after 10006 ms: Timeout was reached

I also increased the php time limit and input vars but still this error is appearing and also API Server Connection is not being established
