I need to reduce the space in the header

My pages are showing this space in the header and I don't understand how to reduce it.

Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, and reduce the padding value.

I came across another situation related to the mobile, when I go up the page the logo disappears in the sticky menu:

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo, check the "Remove max-height..." option, and check if the problem persists:

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

If this will not help, try the following CSS code:

#Top_bar #logo img{
 max-height: 100%!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
