Template for portfolio item doesn't work properly

I'm having troubles with a template I've designed for the single portfolio items. So far I've made only a section below the header with some dynamic tags and the title, and I did make a portfolio example item with an image, some text and some tags (category and client) to check if everything works but... it doesn't as it's supposed to.
The thing is, the client wants to be completely free to customize some inner parts of the portfolio item indipendently from the template itself, even tho the sections would be pretty much the same; it's the content that will change. So in the portoflio element (OUTSIDE OF BETHEME BUILDER) the client will only add a few elements (an image, an intro text and, of course, the category and tags needed), but the rest needs to be added manually, via builder, keeping the template.
As I said tho, none of it works... neither the template (can't see the title, the tags, the few contents added in the portfolio element OUTSIDE the builder) nor the customized content added via the builder.
Could you please help me? Let me know if you need the url, the screens or everything else.

I made a template called "case study" where so far I'v only added one block with the title and the tags. In the portfolio item I've added an intro text, the client and an image but, as you can see, the page doesn't show these items nor the tags. It's just the bloc I made on the template.
As I said, my client wants to use a base template that can be fully customizable with the editor, cause they're gonna add videos and text columns that will be different for each portfolio item.
What am i doing wrong?

In your Portfolio post template, you did not add any dynamic data e.g. {postmeta:mfn-post-client} to display client:
Also, you did not add a Post content element to display (as the name says) the content of the post:
So please add dynamic data to the post template, to display it.
