onepage and multipage navigation

there is the possibility to combine onepage navigation items with multipage nav items?

For example, two menu items 'service' and 'about us' scroll down like the onepage setting, and another menu item 'news' or 'contact' are linked to another site page.

yes, it is possible. Just set one page links for the items you need and regular links for the other menu items.
