formatting header - creative / open

Hi

I am trying to customize the header for the wine prebuilt website template

1- not able to change the color

2- when uploading a new logo, the menu goes flush left

spent loads of time trying to find how to customize the header, any help would be great!!!

1) Head to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> General, and ensure that you do not have these options selected:

2) You have some custom CSS that moves your menu to the left.

This is how it looks without your custom CSS:

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and comment out your codes to find which is the root cause.

Please ensure that the transparency options I mentioned in my previous message are not selected.

Also, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and set up the Top Bar Left color:

You have this option checked:

As I already mentioned before, it should not be selected.

Disable it, and the color you set in the Colors tab will appear.

Hi,

I am using the template which utilizes the header creative / open

I am needing to have a different mobile header since the logo on mobile doesn't fit.

when adding a mobile header in the templates section, and specifying that it only shows on mobile.

my side bar creative / open header and option in the options section disappears and the site has header on computer

am I not able to create a mobile header when using creative / open

You cannot use the header style from the theme option at the same time as the header template made with Header Builder because the header template overwrites theme options.

However, if you want to have a different logo on mobile display, you can set it up Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General:

Hey thanks, I have set this logo setting like this, and still am having the same issues

hi

in the above image I attached, one logo ( that shows on computer is the tall logo) and one for smaller screen should go to ( horizontal logo )

if you go to the website....the tall logo shows correctly, size down it goes to horizontal...then size down to mobile and it goes to the tall logo again.

It displays in the way you assigned it.

Note that the sticky logo is the one that appears along with the sticky header during the page scroll, not the mobile logo.

So in, Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General (see last screenshot I attached), you should assign this horizontal logo.

Yes I have done this, attached is the screenshot

when it goes to mobile it displays the long logo that I stated earlier

let me know if there is something I need to change to make this work

Hi,

thanks for the response.

Please look at the website........the same problem exists

The same problem exists, only now the vertical logo is tiny on desktop, then moves to tablet (which is the correct horizontal logo for tablet) ----then to Mobile ( which goes back to the desktop logo only tiny)

What needs to happen:

Horizontal logo on desktop ( but not tiny as it now appears)

Vertical Logo on tablet and mobile

Please let me know if this makes sense

the way it is showing in your screenshots is CORRECT...GOOD STUFF MAN!!!

but on every device i test it on it appears the way it is on these screenshots.

--on mobile, when the page loads, the logo flashes to the horizontal one for a second ( correct one ) then goes to the vertical one,

any idea why this is?

also I have cleared the cache on browsers to make sure this is not the issue

On every device and browser I checked it displays as I showed on the screenshot.

Do not you have any caching plugin or server cache active?

I have looked at it on 3 other cell phones and all return the same horizontal small logo

also have cleared the cache on the server and no cache plugins

attached are the photos

any idea how to fix this?

I was able to reproduce that on the Browserstack.

Anyway, some cache must be active which is the root cause.

Look, I have activated another theme for a test:

But the website remained the same:

Please contact your hosting provider and ask to disable or purge the cache. Since you do not have a caching plugin, it has to be the server cache.
