Blog Post- Show Comment and Hide Excerpt

For a single blog post I want to remove the excerpt and show comments.

On my Wordpress Dashboard, I go to Betheme -> Theme Options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog -> Options -> And set the excerpt length to zero .........and then I go to single post -> comments -> show

But my excerpt is still showing and my comments won't show
