Header Template doesn't show on frontend

Hey guys,

I created a header template and added the condition "entire site" and it should look like that:

But it looks like that:

I had to turn it back to the normal WordPress menu as I am not able to show it to our customers when it's not working but I will send you the login credentials via Themeforest.

Your child theme is the root cause.

After I switched to parent, the correct header appeared:
