Can't reach subpage - Everytime Redirect to mainpage

Hello,

I use a Plugin clientportal.io.

Everytime when I try to get on https://aizpun.de/index.php/client/klientenportal-test/

The page is redirecting to https://aizpun.de/

When I am changing the Theme to any other than BeTheme there is no problem and this link is working.

How can I fix that?
