Header template Under Slider

Hello, I’m using slider revolution for home page. I’d like to create a header template similar to the image below, where the menu is positioned below the slider. In the image, the menu is created via the theme options> Header & sub Header style , not by header template. I want to create exactly such a menu under the slider with a header template, but I couldn’t find an option in the header template settings to place the header below the slider.
