PageSpeed Accessibility Failings for Sidebar Menu Submenu Toggle Icon

Hello,

When using a custom Sidebar Menu template and having a menu with submenu, the icon toggle link to enter into the child menu items is failing PageSpeed accessibility checks as the <a> links do not have a "name".

Can an option be added to give these accessible names so these tests are passed?

Can the update be done in such a way that there is a default filled in (like "Submenu") which will then automatically improve all current sites without having to do manual changes for each one?
