Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

No, the theme it seem not to be working properly, I want to request to check by tech support on my website, also the vc not working properly, and betheme editor only allow me to add new layout but no to edit the previous content on the website.
Probably the Visual Composer is deactivated, can you check for us please? Thank you
If your website was made with Visual Composer (or rather, WPBakery), you cannot edit its content with BeBuilder.
They are two completely different builders and have different structures.
If you want to use BeBuilder, you must start from scratch.
