Missing blocks after an update do latest version
Hello,
my client had an older website using Betheme v 22.2 with block builder. I tried to update it via FTP, uploaded latest version v 27 and only the homepage transformed from blocks to bebuilder, other pages are missing all the content. Tried to enable blocks in the theme options, then I could see them in the backend but when I launched BeBuilder - Options - and there changed it to block, all the content was lost completly.
I had to upload the old backup to v 22 with blocks. It is possible to share you WP and FTP cretentials and can you check where is the problem?
Also I see that my suppport is ending tomorrow, buyed plenty of Bethemes, should I buy another one to fix this problem with you?
Thank you.

Hi,
You do not have a registered theme there.
Before I proceed with an update, please register your license key.
Best regards
its registered now, It happened due to uploaded website backup.
I have updated Betheme on your website, and no content seems to be gone.
The only thing that I noticed is that after activating BeBuilder Blocks Classin in theme options, the page edition is blank, but it seems to be a server issue, as you have the following error in server log:
www.supratek.sk [Fri Dec 20 16:22:35.159589 2024] [substitute:error] [pid 318529:tid 138231953737280] [client 95.49.92.213:18712] AH01328: Line too long, URI /wp-admin/post.php, referer https://www.supratek.sk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
Please contact your hosting provider to take a look at this.
