Request to Deregister Betheme License
Hello Muffin Group Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request assistance with my Betheme license.
Currently, my purchase code is registered to a temporary domain (saddlebrown-ant-414427.hostingersite.com) that I no longer have access to. When I try to activate the license on my new domain, I receive the following message:
“Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: saddlebrown-ant-414427.hostingersite.com”.
Since I cannot access the temporary domain to deactivate the license, I kindly ask for your help in deregistering the license from that domain so I can use it on my new site.
