Update theme from version 12.2 to new version
hello, i need to update the version of the theme left at 12.2 to the new one. from the control panel it doesn't give me the available update, i tried to upload it manually but it makes me install the theme again. how can i update the theme without losing all the site made previously always with betheme?

If your theme version is below 20.0, you must manually update it by installing the newest package. No content will be lost because all information is stored in the database. However, it is always recommended to create cyclical backups of the website, especially before updating from such an old theme version.
For backups, I suggest using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.
