Anchoring within Blog Archive Template

Hi,

On my blog archive template, I have a list of the different blog categories and then blog sliders below for each category.

How do I place an anchor link between the category name in the list at the top and the heading above the respective blog slider?

So for example, if they click on 'behind the scenes' in the list at the top of the page, I'd like the page to jump to the blog slider showing behind the scenes blog posts

Making anchor links (in the menu or not) is as simple as creating regular links.
