Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!
I went to verify my purchase code for the second time, as it looked to me the tab was not showing the code. When i did the follow alert came up.
I am waiting for a question to be answered from your support so I wanted to make sure the code was correct.
Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!
It was the correct purchase code.
What do I do to correct this

Are you sure that you put the newest license you purchased there?
