Removing Homepage Title and other

Dear Sir,

Thanks for great theme, I just imported "Bar" demo, but found that homepage is titles as "HOME". Also there are some default wordpress contents. I have tried to remove title and wordpress contents, but have not fund method for this. Please help me on this topic.

Thanks found solution for this :

1. Theme Options > Header & sub-header > Hide Sub-header.
2. Wordpress Contents > They were in footer widget, I have removed these.

So, all is good now.
