If not does betheme have any seo tools etc and how do i access or use them?

Betheme supports SEO plugins.
Note that for most plugins like YOAST, you must use the Builder -> SEO option to make BeBuilder content readable by the SEO plugin:

The only plugin that reads BeBuilder content so far is RankMath.
