I can't put the logo in the responsive section

Hello, I can't understand why the logo entry fields in the responsive section are not accessible. A no-access symbol appears in the pointer. I tried editing it from the template, but there doesn't seem to be an option to get 2 different logos for desktop and mobile mode.

There is an option to set two different logos for desktop and mobile in the template.
