Adding the "read more" button to each element in my portfolio page

Hello,

I would like to know how to add the read more button or equivalent after the excerpt in my portfolio page.

I'm using the portfolio widget but I can't any way to show it.

Also, the only option to show the excerpt is using the masonry grid, there's any other way to show it? because I need the elements to be aligned and not moving depending on the content.
