padding not working

Hi,

I have just started with Betheme and I am using a prebuilt component (highlight left), it looks good in the bebuilder but the padding does not work once I view the actual page. I have being trying multiple things but seems like the overall theme is overriding the settings? any thoughts?

  • I tried starting from a template site, and I am having same issues. This component shows like this in the editor:

    but has the wrong paddding on the site:

    also component backgrounds have no effect:

    on the site ignores the test bkg image:

  • Please send the access details I've asked for above because without them I have no idea what are we talking about. The problem you've faced with might be related with everything: 3rd party plugins, cache, server issues, etc... so without access it's like reading tea leaves.

  • I have just spoken who is responsible for emails and been told that you sent message with no further details. As I told you above and bold part of the message saying about not to forget to attach link to the discussion, you didn't done that. My college have responded on your message yesterday so please respond on his message and provide missing details like link to this topic.

    Let me better understand situation. So, I've asked you to send login details so our support team can investigate further despite you're having problem with server settings or 3rd party plugin. And because you didn't read my message carefully enough and forgot to attach crucial information so our team can verify the problem, I told you to respond on the message my college sent to you with information about missing details. And you're saying that I'm rude? Sorry but totally don't get what you're talking about.
