Hide header icons in menu with conditional logic

Hi,

Im using header icons in my menu with a My Account icon and a Cart icon. I would like to hide these when you have not placed something in your cart yet. Is that possible?

And when you place something in your cart from the webshop, the icons appear.

Is that possible with conditional logic?
