I managed to add search field to my main page. It works perfect.
I want to add the same field at the top of the product categories and every single product page.

Hi,
from what I can see, you put search into content on regular pages. However, for Shop, you use default template which doesn't have elements used on regular pages. In such case, you have to create custom template for shop.
You can create own template for shop under Templates > WooCommerce > Shop post and decide if you would like to apply this specific template for all shop related pages or maybe specific categories. This was you have total freedom on creating whatever you like.
