If you will send us link to site where you have problem with scrolling on mobile, I will take a closer look on it.

Looks like a script is blocking somehow scroll on mobile, this is the first time i see something like that. Therefore, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
