Envato Toolkit plugin not installed correctly

I always get the notification to install Envato Toolkit plugin.  The first time I installed it, it says it was OK, but it always appear on plugins that need installation, and it keeps appearing to install it.  It seems that it wasnt installed correctly or something.  After I try to install again, I get this:

Descomprimiendo…

Instalando el plugin…

La carpeta ya existe. /home/siesnatadm/public_html/wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit-master/

Fallo en la instalación del plugin.

The folder already exists.  So I delete the folder and try to install it again and the same over and over again.  is there someething wrong with this plugin?  Or is there another way to isntall it?  How do I properly install this plugin?

no, there is no other way to install this plugin. If it was already installed then why you are installing this plugin again and again? What for? Because we do not understand.

I am getting the same issue too.
the message below appears:

Destination folder already exists. /home/cosmosynergycom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit-master/

Normally if it was installed, it would show "Installed" in the status column, however, mine shows "Not Installed"

@jianleen Did you tried to contact with Envato team? Because from time to time they got a connection problems and this could be the main reason. If you contacted with them and plugin still does not work, please send us private message so we can have a look on it.

I have not contacted the Envato team. I will still check with them now. 

On the other hand, may I know what does the connection have to do with this issue?

@jianleen We'll be able to answer on this question when we'll get the access to your dashboard because we must have a look in the back-end first. We did never had such info so we don't know what you did.

But on http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup you can check what time we work and when we reply. It's usually up to 24 hours.

@muffingroup Hi, I´m having the same problem. This is a fresh new WordPress installation and I´m trying to install the "Envato WP Toolkit" but after installing it, it keeps saying the plugin is not installed so I can´t activate it and if I try to install it again it says "Destination folder already exist". I have even try deleting it through FTP and reinstalling it again, but keeps doing the same thing.

Will the template work without this plug in? Is it just for automatic updates?

@superfulanito Yes, theme will work without this plugin of course. We do not use this plugin on our sites at all because in our opinion, automatic updates are unsafe and the best method to update files is manual update via FTP. But of course we can have a look on this issue if you really want to this this tool.
