I use a slider in one of my websites. It work very well, but I have a wish for better usability and better appearance.

If you want to have a more customizable slider, you can use Query Loop.

Well this is not that, what I'm searching for.

I use a silder for the pictures. The slider can have arrowas and dots. I wont use the dots, to show the visitors, how many pictures are in the silder.
But the dots are outside of the pictures. And so the dots will destroy the layout. Other silders place the dots inside the pictures. And that is much better.
I found no way, to place the dots inside the pictures of the silder.

You mean you want dots to overlay the images in the slider, right?
A simple slider does not have such an option, and it is possible only in the Query Loop.

thank you for helping.
For me it's obscure how can I add single images to the loop. The loop called also query loop. But I dont have pictures from a query.
I can select posts and so on for the loop, but not single pictures.
Alberts video is not helpfull in this case.
Can you tell me, hw can I add single pictures to the loop?
