Change menu color on phone

Hi, I can't change the color of hamburger menu icon. I tried it on Theme Options - Colors and nothing. After that I tried it with this css code:

.mobile-nav-icon a {

color: #fe7300 !important;

}

But still nothing. Current color is almost invisible.
