Smooth Scrolling Effect for One-Page Navigation

Hello,

When I look at some one-page solutions, for example: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/profile/, clicking on the menu links smoothly scrolls to the corresponding content section. However, when I apply the same approach to a different design, like https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/carwash3/, clicking a menu link instantly jumps to the section instead of smoothly scrolling.

How can I achieve the smooth scrolling effect? Currently, I am using #hinnakiri as the URL in the menu and setting the corresponding section’s "ID" on the page.
