Font pulled apart in mobile version

I have finished editing this page and also adapted the mobile version. Everything looks good on my cell phone and on my PC. However, the customer for whom I am editing the page sent me the screenshot above from his cell phone and the heading is not in one line. It stays that way even if he clears his cache and reloads the page.
Can I change something in the settings so that the heading is always displayed in one line, regardless of the device.
