BeTheme options is always get reset and goes to secure mode

When I want to update the BeTheme options, I see that all the parameters and values were reset, like the colors are the defaults and the Google Analytics code is blank after it was updated.

After I hit "Save Changes" I get a "Forbidden" page, with the following message:

"You do not have permission to access this document.".

When I check the error log, I see the a secure mode was activated and a comment about "SQL injection".

All the data I updated in the BeThem options was not saved.

How can I solve that?

Hi,

this sounds very strange to us as this is first time when we see something like that. In our opinion, you should contact with server administrator because if you have a message about permission, this must be something on server side. To be sure, before that we recommend to update theme files via FTP to recent version as well.
