How to "sticky to top" the portfolio filter over portfolio item

I am looking for a solution to make "sticky to top" the portfolio filter over the portfolio grid widget.
In order to keep the selection of portfolio category visible while scrolling over my portfolio projects, for mobile or desktop.

Unfortunately, there is no option to achieve that.
It would have to be done with some JS, but we do not provide help with such customizations.
