Where are the templates/format customization options?

Hi, I just bought the theme yesterday and am "playing around with it"

I am using a pre-made website, specifically the onepage.

Here is my problem.

1. I go to edit the pre-made post video-post-with-youtube-vimeo
2. I notice that the template is default and the format is video
3. However, where can I edit the default template / the video format? I can't find it anywhere and I've searched through some discussions etc.

I would like to be able to modify the pre-existing video format. I need to be able to easily streamline this process as I have nearly 100 video-related posts to add to my website. I understand that there is a template section, but it is completely empty. There is also nothing in layouts, nor is there in theme options.

If this is not possible, can I inquire about a refund?

Hi,

You must edit your post, and under the Format option, you can set the Video:

Then, in the Page Options, you can set up the video ID:

If it was this demo https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/onepage/ you installed, then it is an older one when templates were not a thing. That is why you do not see anything under the Templates tab.
