How to make the button jumps up when mouse hover

Problem: now when i move the mouse the the button, it only changes color,

Goal: I also want the button jumps up as same as the button in reference.

Could you pls show me how to do it

Go to Advanced -> Transform options of the button and add this effect on hover:
