CANNOT REGISTER A VALID LICENCE THAT HAVE BEEN DEREGISTERED
I have deregistered by mistake a valida licence code. and cant register again in the valid webpage so it doest apear in my valid licences list, althought it is in the themeforest list of licences.
please. i need help

i have followed EXACTLY step by step . i have deregistered. and then registerd again introducing the purchase code and it still doesnt work. something is going wrong with the sistem or the license. i need to get in touch with a human being... not a robot.
i am very dissapointed. to many ling and CASE RATS... please. i need some help.
