Update to from BethemeVersion: 21.9.6 to V.28 Causing Duplicate Header Image at 1440p

Hi there, I have an issue with a client's site that I inherited. We updated the theme from BethemeVersion: 21.9.6 to version 28.01. I could use some support. We have staging site set up and can supply login and ftp information if you can private a private way to do that. Please see this short video showing the issue.

    Hi there,

I’m currently using BlogVault (also known as WP Remote) along with the automatic staging environment feature. I purchased a license yesterday, and I’m now trying to de-register the production site so I can apply the license to the staging site instead.

However, the system is preventing me from de-registering the production site due to the theme still being present—which seems a bit restrictive in this context.

Could you please consider adding wpstage.net to your list of recognized staging environments https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-set-up-betheme-staging-site/? WP Remote (blogvault) staging sites can not be accessed publicly without authentication and cannot be indexed by search engines. You may see the following link with all the details about ther staging sites. -> https://blogvault.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/25000030929/page/1

This would greatly help in properly troubleshooting issues without the need to purchase an additional license.

    Thank you for your assistance!

  • Hi there,

Thanks for your assistance. That took care of the duplicate header issue. Still, there are some responsive issues I was hoping you could assist me with. Please see this short video:

I have passed it on to the dev team and we will consider adding this to the list of staging domains patterns.

    1) Are you sure that it is not only browser scaling related?

When I check it it looks like this:

Grayed out options are explained here: https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/what-deprecated-in-the-bebuilder-means/

    2) Can you tell me how exactly this image should look on mobile view, please?

I do not know how it looked before.

    Thanks

  • I'm going to hold off on that last request. Can you tell me if the wpstage.net has been added as an approved staging url. I really don't want to have to buy another URL, I already find it quite annoying that I can't access the options panel without a license. Usually, no license means no support or updates but I can't even make changes to an staging version of a licensed site. If you can't get your dev team to do this for me then can. you provide a second licenes for me so that I can run tests on my staging site. Your last update with your new theme broke my client's site.

  • Yes, wpstage.net has been added to the list of allowed patterns.

    Best regards

  • Excellent thankyou!!
