Muffin Builder does not take my changes

Dear support
We are working in the 'Press' demo. In the Home page we want to disable the Sidebar, but when select 'Full width No sidebar' option, the sidebar still displays. This trouble happens with any invidual post as well. Please, take a look into our snapshots.

Could you explain us how we should to to do in order to disable the Sidebar in this page? Many thanks
