Hiding Blog Post Navigation in BeTheme

Dear Team

I would like to ask if it’s possible to remove or hide the blog post navigation that appears on the left and right sides at the bottom of a blog post in BeTheme (or elsewhere in the settings).

Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

You can disable them in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share:
