Page won't Publish

I can't get a page to change status from Draft to Publish. Originally, I created the page on my live site: www.qllm.com, see the following video:

But then I built a new page in a staging site to see if i could replicate the problem, and I was having the same issues. https://qualityllmrstg.wpenginepowered.com/?page_id=1043&preview=true

I even deactivated all the plugins and still had no success.

I disabled unsupported plugins, and the publish went properly.

Please check it out now. I activated plugins back to left your website as I encountered it.

I did that via regular page edit, not BeBuilder, so I did not know that you refer to that.

To check that further, we need FTP access, as you did not attach it to the previous private message.

I did the regular page edit and it worked. so no need to further research this.
