1-Page Import

I get a blank screen every time I try to use the 1-page import . I've tried 'before', 'after' and 'replace' current builder template ... Nothing seems to work.


What am I doing wrong? MuffinGroup went in with a username / password I provided - said they could use the 1- page import with no problem. Sent me a screenshot. When I go in and try to see the page they created- again, just a blank page!


What am I doing wrong? Please help!
