problem with plugins
Hi,
I am getting this error on my site. It shows up in the admin section, but it also displays on the front end of the site and messes up all of the vertical spacing on the site. Can you please help me figure out how to correct this? I have several plugins installed, but these are the only two that seem to be causing this issue. I can simply not use the becustom plugin, but I do really need to use the instagram-feed plugin. Interestingly, I have been using this plugin without any issues for a while and this error just recently arose.
I have currently disabled these two plugins because of the issue.
My domain is s-g-marine.com. Let me know if you need access to the admin area.

Hi,
I can help you out only with BeCustom as it is our plugin, but the Instagram one is not and you should contact plugin author regarding it.
Anyway, ensure that all plugins, themes, and WordPress are up-to-date.
If everything is in the most current version, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

I received your private message, but FTP access does not work.
Please resend it, but ensure that it works.
Thanks
The FTP still does not work:
Are there any specific steps I should take to connect it?
Best regards
Hmmm. I have no idea why it is not working for you. It works for me every time I try it. Can you try just logging in through the browser?
Then access the files through the cPanel?
It works via cPanel.
As soon as we find anything, I will let you know.
Best regards
We have corrected it on your website.
Please check it out.
Best regards
Great!! Thank you.
Can you tell me what you did? The plugin that I really need to have working is the Instagram Feed by Smash Balloon. It was/is giving me the same error as the BeCustom plugin.
Since you don't provide support for other plugins, can you point me in the right direction so that I can fix the issue with that plugin? My client really wants that working. He didn't care so much about the BeCustom...that was more for my convenience.
For some reason, the tag "becustom" was the culprit and displayed this notice on your website.
We changed its name to "becstm":
Regarding this Instagram feed plugin, why do not you contact the plugin author regarding your issue?
Best regards
I will contact the developer of the plugin. However, since it was also affecting the BeCustom plugin I thought we might be able to fix both issues at the same time. I thought it might be related to the theme or the child theme and that fixing BeCustom would also fix the other plugin. I guess not...
Thank you for letting me know what the issue is.
