Slider Will Not Load

Hello - my slider will not load, it just shows a red icon when I go to preview. I have 0 plugins installed except for Revolution Slider + Contact Form 7, all I did was edited the prebuilt slider photo and now on preview and the front end I get this red error? I have cleared cache and tried incognito.
