BeBuilder won't load pages

BeBuilder won't load any pages so i can edit them.

I tried disabling all plugins but then all pages disappeared just leaving the MENU visible.

Please can you let me know if there is a systemic issue?

    Interesting... I set up an admin account for you to use and tested access to the site using your admin account and it successfully launches BeBuilder.

    Should i send you that account info so you can get on our site and check it out?

    After the latest update and resetting the password my admin account is able to access the BE Builder function again.
