Issue with License Manager

I'm not sure what I should post publicly. I have hundreds of licenses under my username.

One of the sites will not update and acts like the license # is not valid. It's been on this site for probably at least two years...maybe more.

Yet when I go to "check licenses" and enter my username and the full license number, I get in to see the list of licenses. But this particular license is not on the list.

I would try deregistering and re-registering, but it' not in the list.

Where should I post the license key and username for you to investigate?

I didn't think of that. I bet it's limited to the US. What country are you in? I could check to see about getting that lifted for you.
