Sidebar not showing up on one page

Hi There! I am working within the Be Jet Theme demo. I am trying to configure a left sidebar menu on one of my pages, but the the page will not 'accept' my sidebar configuration. Every time I try to set it to the sidebar I created it won't work.

I configured the sidebar correctly because it shows up in other pages. See the working sidebard here....

Hi Michelle,

does "Sidebar" on this page can be saved when you hit "Update" button or not?

It does not. After I set the parameters for the sidebar and click update, the page does not save the configuration.

Ok, so everything is clear. You must contact with server administrator because max_input_vars must be increase definitely. If you build pages with large amount of content, minimum value should be 10000. We got one solution that we described on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars but if this won't help, then only server admin will be able to help.

Thank you for your troubleshooting. I did talk to my server admin and they were able to resolve the issue. Here is the solution that worked...

create a .user.ini file in the public_html (don't use the .htaccess file)

add code snippet 

max_input_vars = 10000;
