Update to version 28 has ruined most sites we have

After the update and database update to version 28 on our many websites, we now have issues with a lot of pages and the import export function ruins all the page styling. The pages and the imported or exported pages, now erase most of the settings to 0 on the objects in the builder. We had to roll back every website until the update is fixed, we even tried it a second time and same issues.
https://allstarrroofing.com/ is running on version 27, you can see how it looks. Now import that page into your newer version 28, and it should lose almost all the styling and objects will be unformatted and touching each other. This happens on almost all of our websites we updated. I have included the import code in a txt file. You can see the object settings in the import, but they will all go away once imported.

When you use the Export/Import feature in BeBuilder and want to move or copy content from one website to another, both websites should have the same version.
In version 28.0 there was a big change in saving structure, and that is why it breaks when you import content from an older version.
If you do not refer to the Export/Import feature but to a theme update, you should use the CSS update option from Betheme -> Tools.

Same thing happens when it's updated, has nothing to do with import export from different versions. Import export of 28 to 28 does the exact same, I can give you an updated 28 import of the same page and it will break it exactly the same. This is for all 210 websites we run, all plugins disabled, just Betheme running. This is 7 different multi sites, so being multi sites may be causing the issue with the new database update.
