Can i use my purchase code for a local site, then my main domain?
I currently have a very old website that I am revamping. But with my hosting configuration, I cannot create a staging environment to create the website on, hence I am first creating the website locally, then plan on replacing the current website and database with the new website.
I was wondering if I was to use the purchase code on the local website (I am using LocalWP) will I be able to use it again when I reactivate the theme once its on the main domain?

You can use it without problems, as local installations do not count as registered license.
