remove info on portfolio home page

Hi, in this website www.giorgiazanoncello.com I'm using portfolio and I would like to remove infos that I see in home page (as image attached) can you please tell me where I can find hot to do this?

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Portfolio, and uncheck Meta checkboxes:
